Xplorer Classic 2, Guide 2 and T-50 fly rods
Our Xplorer Series Fly Rods prefer to spend their time fishing. Xplorer’s NO FUSS LIFETIME WARRANTY will replace your rod for a reasonable service charge for the life of the registered owner. Xplorer’s unique NO FUSS LIFETIME WARRANTY applies to the Classic 2, Guide 2 and T-50 fly rods for the life of the original owner. Please register your warranty with us online. In the event of a rod breakage, simply return the damaged rod, in it’s rod tube, with the service fee* per rod section, and we will replace your rod within 7 days of receipt of your rod. It’s as simple as that. Your rod will be back in time for your next weekend’s fishing trip. This is just another way Xplorer Series Fly Tackle is helping to make your fishing more pleasurable and getting you back on to the water fishing as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: WARRANTIES FOR XPLORER GEAR IS ONLY VALID FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OUR RETAIL PARTNERS IN AUSTRALIA/NZ OR OUR ONLINE STORE AT TACKLESAFARI.COM.AU. IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED XPLORER GEAR FROM OVERSEAS, YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE UP THE WARRANTY WITH THAT RETAILER.
Shipping the rod to Tackle Safari must be paid for by the customer. The return shipping cost back to the customer upon completion of the warranty service is included in the warranty service fee. Service payments can be made online or over the phone using your credit card in the event a section of your Xplorer rod breaks.

Xplorer Fly Reels
All our reels carry a (2) year warranty. We reserve the right to service or replace at similar value or model (if model has been discontinued), the reel in question. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, misuse or intentional damage.
Warranty Policy Terms and Conditions
The warranty card must be completed online or returned via post to Tackle Safari to activate your NO FUSS LIFETIME WARRANTY. The Warranty is for the original owner only. All Service work must be sent directly back to Tackle Safari. Our dealers are not authorised to perform any warranty service work. The Service & Handling fee per rod section should be included to ensure speedy repair and return of your rod (or alternatively arrange to pay online or over the phone by calling our service department). We reserve the right to repair or replace the rod section. The entire rod must be returned to Tackle Safari to ensure a correct fitment for the new section. Please ensure your rod is correctly packaged in its original rod tube, is well protected and is insured for its full value for the return journey to Tackle Safari. Tackle Safari will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.
